Soil Borings Announcement

Century Communities is proposing to develop a new subdivision in the area southwest of the existing Montecito Subdivision, Cabela’s center and Cabela Drive.

Part of the necessary review by the City is to evaluate soil boring/geotechnical engineering information obtained by the applicant.

New NB I-25 traffic shift at Ridgegate Pkwy starts Friday, July 17

Crews will work overnight on Thursday, July 16 to move barrier walls and prepare NB I-25 for the new configuration on Friday, July 17 by 5:30 am. The traffic shift will start at Ridgegate Parkway and continue through the County Line Road off-ramp.
