1. Do I have to use the City's Garage Sale Signs?

Yes, the Zoning Ordinance requires use of only the approved signs.

2. How much do the signs cost?

The City provides the signs at no charge to citizens of Lone Tree.

3. How many Garage Sale Signs can I have?

Each household is allowed four (4) signs.

4. Where can I place the signs?

The approved signs may be placed on sidewalks and in Public Rights of Way, so long as they do not impede foot traffic or create vehicle traffic problems.

5. What happens if I do not use the approved signs?

Illegal signs will be removed from all public right-of-way and City owned areas.

6. When can I display my Garage Sale sign?

Signs may only be displayed during daylight hours, they must be removed before dark and they must be maintained in good condition.
