Special Events

Temporary Use Permit Requirements:

  • A site plan showing lot lines, driveways/access aisles, tent size and location (if there is one), on-site lighting, seasonal outdoor storage/sales, setback from lot lines and proposed traffic and pedestrian circulation.

  • Applicant is responsible for notifying property management.

  • Applicant is responsible for complying with the regulations and any permitting requirements of all other applicable agencies such as South Metro Fire and Rescue Authority and Tri-County Health Department. Copies of the certificates/permits must be attached to temporary use application.

  • If alcohol is to be served, applicant shall adhere to the City’s liquor licensing regulations.

  • A copy of a current City of Lone Tree Business/Sales Tax License, if applicable.

  • Site must be in full zoning compliance for approval of this permit.

  • Temporary Use: $50/month or daily equivalent; Special Occasions: $5/day; Grand Opening: no fee.
