Professional Standards Unit

The Professional Standards Unit investigates employee conduct to include internal affairs. The Unit also assumes the duties of media relations, policy and procedure, in-service training curriculum, recruitment, selection, hiring and background investigations. This position oversees the Support Services Manager, Records Division, Crime Analyst, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, Police Services Coordinator, and acts as liaison to any recruits in the police academy.
