Signage and other graphic elements play an important role in shaping the character of the community, in addition to providing identification for businesses and projects. Signage should relate to and enhance the project it serves, as well as promote a high quality image for Lone Tree.

All signs must comply with Section 16-29-10 of the City’s Zoning Code, and are subject to review and approval through an administrative permitting process.

Special Promotions and Real Estate Signs
Special promotion signs and real estate signs may be allowed on a temporary basis, as permitted by the Community Development Department.
