Heritage Hills Filing 1-N Preliminary Plan/ Final Plat
Location: North of Lincoln Avenue and west of Park Meadows Drive in the Heritage Hills residential community
Description: preliminary plan approval for 103 residential lots for single-family homes on 35 acres and final plat approval for phase one, consisting of 29 lots on 9.7 acres

Lone Tree Arts Center
Location: Southwest corner of Commons Street and Sky Ridge Avenue, south of Super Target
Description: 500-seat proscenium theater, multipurpose room, and lobby/exhibition space
Status: Approved, under construction

Lincoln Commons, 2nd Amendment - Dental office
Location: Lincoln Avenue east of Super Target
Description: 5,000 sq. ft. family dental practice
Status: Approved, under construction

Lincoln Commons, 1st Amendment
Location: Lincoln Avenue, east of Super Target
Description: Amends master plan to include specific plans for Sprouts Farmers Market, 3 shops and a pad site, and modified site elements

Description: Site Improvement Plan amendment for a 4,000 squre foot bank (Vectra Bank)

Remington Medical Resort
Location: RidgeGate, generally northwest of Sky Ridge Medical Center
Description: Medical facility focusing on short term medical therapy or treatment following discharge from hospital - licensed to accommodate 90 patients. Site is 2.5 acres
