Heritage Hills Filing 1-N Preliminary Plan/ Final Plat
Location:
 
North of Lincoln Avenue and west of Park Meadows Drive in the Heritage Hills residential community
Description: preliminary plan approval for 103 residential lots for single-family homes on 35 acres and final plat approval for phase one, consisting of 29 lots on 9.7 acres

Lone Tree Arts Center

Description: 500-seat proscenium theater, multipurpose room, and lobby/exhibition space
Status: Approved, under construction

Description: 5,000 sq. ft. family dental practice
