2006 Resident Survey Information

The City of Lone Tree contracted with National Research Center, Inc. (NRC) in 2006 to conduct a community-wide resident survey. The survey was designed to assess the level of satisfaction residents have with the range of services provided in Lone Tree, as well as to assist the City in future planning. The survey included questions on recreation and leisure services, which are primarily provided by Suburban Parks and Recreation District. The Lone Tree Resident Survey provided residents the opportunity to rate the quality of life in the city, community amenities, service delivery and satisfaction with local government, including an emphasis on parks and recreation.

This was the first comprehensive survey of Lone Tree residents. The survey was mailed in August 2006 to all households (approximately 3,591) within the city limits of Lone Tree. Of those households, 1,066 completed the survey, providing a response rate of 30%.
